Who am I?!

This picture of me is usually what you’ll see on your computer screen during our sessions- just add on my blue light glasses! (Sometimes my hair doesn’t look as nice, tbh.)

I’ve been a therapist since 2018, when I earned my Master of Social Work in Southern California. Being a clinical social worker has helped me really understand (and help my clients understand) the bigger power imbalances in our world and their effect on us as individuals. Think patriarchy, white-supremacy, neurotypical-supremacy, and heteronormativity! It all matters and if you’re here, they likely make your life harder. Often in sessions, I will remind us how much our societal landscape impacts us. Therapy is political.

We will work together and build a healing example of a non-judgmental and supportive relationship in which to achieve whatever goals you have for your well-being. I prioritize working relationally and promoting collective care as well as leading from an abolitionist, anti-carceral, and liberation focused lens.
